How are payments processed?™ currently uses PayPal, which accepts Visa, MC, Amex and Discover, even if you don’t have a PayPal account.  PayPal uses data encryption and anti-fraud technology to keep your information secure, reducing the risk of online fraud.


Do you collect sales tax?

The US government requires us to collect sales tax only from states where we have a physical office. Currently, that means Nevada only.


What are the delivery options?  


We currently offer standard United States Postal Service (USPS) shipping methods and USPS pricing, so you are charged fairly.  Options include First Class Mail, Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express. Clearance Inventory items with "Free Shipping" advertised, applies to USPS First Class Mail service ONLY, and only within the USA.

When will my item(s) ship?


Most items, if in stock, will ship within 48 hours by chosen USPS shipping method.  Please note, there is still a processing period for packing and shipping of up to 48 hours, even with USPS Priority Mail Overnight or Priority Mail Express services. If an item is out-of-stock or delayed, you will be notified by email. 

**Some jewelry items, such as ring size, are custom ordered just for you!  These items may take up to an additional 2-4 weeks for delivery by chosen method.    


Do you ship Internationally?


Yes, we currently offer international delivery by USPS available shipping methods for your Country.  USPS international rates apply. International shipping does NOT apply to Clearance Inventory items, sorry.    


What is the return policy?


All returns or exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, unused, undamaged and in their original condition and packaging with receipt and tags attached.  Returns and exchanges are accepted only up to 5 business days after item(s) have been delivered.  You will be responsible for secure packing, return postage, tracking and insurance of the item(s). You should ship your return/exchange with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. is not responsible for return merchandise lost during shipping. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD.

If an item(s) arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately and secure a return authorization (RA) number.  We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange. The return/exchange value is determined by the last retail price of the item. *Please note: ALL international returns must have an RA number to be accepted.
